EduSeed's BOARD OF DIRECTORS GROWS
This month, instead of the Director's message, we feature a message from the Chair of EduSeed®, the nonprofit organization that adopted SisterMentors as a program in 2000.
The important and successful work of EduSeed's program, SisterMentors, would not be possible without the help of our many supporters, including EduSeed's Board of Directors. EduSeed®recently welcomed aboard four new Board members. We are fortunate to have a very diverse and committed Board, and look forward to working together to help EduSeed®fulfill its mission of promoting education among historically disadvantaged and underserved communities such as women and people of color. EduSeed®will keep making this vision a reality through the continued good work and growth of the SisterMentors program and the addition of new programs in the future.

I am pleased to introduce our four newest members of EduSeed's Board:

EduSeed®believes that real social change and advancement begins with promoting the value of education, particularly in disadvantaged communities. We are pleased to have the opportunity to help make a positive difference in communities. EduSeed®is growing and furthering its mission by continuing to plant and grow the "seeds" of education.
